Woodstock Carleton Manor is privileged and pleased to be part of Nursing Home Without Walls (NHWW) Program. This program was created in 2019 by Dr. Suzanne Dupuis-Blanchard from the Universite de Moncton, in collaboration with Social Development and Healthcare Excellence Canada. The advocacy is to promote and facilitate healthy aging at home. The program provides access to essential knowledge, support, and services, enabling older adults to maintain their independence and well-being while living in their homes. At CM, we want to boost your spirit of positivity to stay in your home longer with less stress and burdens, to age with grace and joy.

Our Services are Free

 Services include:

Navigational Services: we will assist you to connect with reliable and trained providers with these services

  • affordable housing list
  • application for home renovation program, Lifeline, and other government programs
  • For Home Support such as cleaning, laundry, shoveling, and mowing lawns
  • For Hygiene Support-hair spa, foot care, bathing, personal care, etc.

Scheduled Transportation:

  • church services
  • grocery runs
  • drives
  • medical appointments

Socialization and Wellness:

  • In-person social and wellness visits
  • telephone check-ins
  • social interactions through various activities

Educational Session:

  • informative sessions to increase knowledge on health-related issues important to aging in place for older adults and their caregivers.
